Use a clear subject line that matches your request type, such as 'Tool support,' 'Privacy question,' 'DMCA notice,' or 'Accessibility feedback.'
If your request relates to a policy page, include the route (for example /privacy, /terms, or /cookies) so we can respond precisely.
Support categories
Tool support: a browser tool failed, produced an unexpected result, or behaved differently than described on the page.
Privacy and data questions: local processing, advertising tags, cookies, localStorage, or ads.txt.
Legal and copyright: DMCA notices, terms questions, or permission to use site content.
Accessibility feedback: keyboard navigation, contrast, screen reader issues, or mobile usability problems.
General site feedback: broken links, confusing copy, or suggestions that do not fit the categories above.
What to include in support requests
Include the route you were using (for example /audio-trimmer or /wav-to-mp3), your browser name and version, your device type, and what you expected to happen.
Include the file type (MP3, WAV, M4A, MP4, and so on), approximate duration, and approximate size. Many browser issues are caused by codec support or memory limits, and these details help us diagnose without seeing the file.
If an error message appeared, copy the exact message text. If the download did not appear, mention whether your browser blocked popups or downloads.
For legal or privacy requests, include enough detail for us to understand the request without sending sensitive attachments.
Expected response guidance
We read contact messages as they arrive, but response time can vary by volume and request type.
Support requests with route, browser, and file details are usually easier to answer than vague reports.
Privacy, legal, and DMCA requests may take longer when they require careful review.
We may ask follow-up questions before requesting any sample file. Do not attach private audio unless we explicitly ask for it.
Do not send sensitive files
Do not email private audio, video, identification documents, or confidential files unless specifically requested.
SoundSlicr browser-based tools are designed so files remain local to your browser.
If we ever need a sample file to reproduce a bug, we will ask explicitly and you can choose whether to provide it.
